Pinot Blanc

This variety originates in France but is also wide-spread in the Sava region where it bears high-quality white wine. This dry wine is of golden yellow colour and the variety characteristic in aroma with fruity tastes. This is a strong, rich wine. Common acids give it freshness and thus vivacity. Since it is an earlier variety it fruits well and yields wine of approximately 12.0 vol. % alcohol.

It well accompanies various cheeses with white mould, fried chicken and other poultry dishes as well as numerous fish specialties.
